The PSE&G Midstream Rebate Program also known as PSE&G HVAC Instant Rebate Program objective is to extract and combine the best of a midstream and downstream program. It was designed based on the input of distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders. This is the first time a midstream program is implemented by New Jersey’s utility companies. It incorporates an OBR (On Bill Recovery) component that benefits the customers and contractors by having a funding source with great financial terms.
