Tony Gasparovich

Anthony Gasparovich is a licensed Professional Engineer and HVAC industry executive with over three decades of experience in mechanical systems and construction leadership. He currently serves as Vice President and Co-Owner of both C.R. Wolfe Heating Corp., where he is General Manager, and Reiner Group, Inc., where he oversees the Residential Installation Department and sits on the Board of Directors. Over his tenure, he has helped grow Reiner Group from 30 to over 180 employees and has driven tenfold sales growth across its commercial, residential, and public divisions.

Anthony's career began as an HVAC Mechanic at Sandvik Coromant and Marijon Finishing Inc., giving him hands-on expertise in boiler systems, refrigerant and steam piping, and sheet metal ductwork before moving into executive leadership. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MBA from Rutgers University, and an M.S. in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Pennsylvania State University (2024).

He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, holds Master HVAC licenses across multiple jurisdictions, and is EPA-certified in refrigerant use. He has been an ACCA member since 2015.
