Things Have Changed! Understanding the Amendments to the HIC Law and What it Means for your Company- In 2025, the New Jersey legislature made significant changes to the statute governing home improvement contractors. This presentation will not only explain those changes, but will also explain whether your company qualifies as an home improvement contractor, and if so, what you need to comply with the law.
